As a child I was brought up to work in the family Restaurant and Pizza Take Away and so over the years I learnt the secret recipes of the best Southern Italian cuisine. After realising there was a gap in the market for a fresh, tasty, authentic and traditional pasta sauce, in 2005 I decided to launch my own company from my home Kitchen. Teresa Lambarelli’s Pasta Sauce.
I use Italian plum tomatoes from the Puglia region and fresh local ingredients when possible, to ensure my sauces are always fresh and full of flavour as a pasta sauce should be.
My sauces range from the traditional flavours to some more contemporary flavours which I have recently introduced.

In 2011 I moved back into Lambarelli’s premises on Chatsworth Road where we manufactured all our products, Alongside opening my Traditional Italian Cafe and Pasta Bar.
We have now sold the Restaurant to a lovely Italian family, and my pasta sauces are now maunfactured at Hedgerow Preserves in Sheffield.
