Ingredients
220g spaghetti pasta
1 x 350g Jar Teresa Lambarelli’s Bolognese Pasta Sauce
400g Lean Steak Minced Beef
2 x table spoon Teresa Lambarellis garlic & oregano oil
Garnish
Parmesan Cheese
Fresh basil leaves (optional)
Method
1) Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling slightly salted water, cook for 6-9 minutes or until al dente.
2)Meanwhile in a separate pan heat garlic oil and add the minced beef (or quorn), and cook through for 3 minutes and till browned, add the jar of bolognese sauce, stirring occasionally, cook for a further 5 minutes till piping hot, remove from the heat.
3) Using tongues lift the cooked spaghetti out of the water onto a hot serving dish, spoon the hot bolognese sauce over the spaghetti. Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese, and fresh basil leaves, tuck in straight away. Buon Appetito!
